“Joy does not exist in the world. It exists within YOU,” (Ben Franklin). No truer words were spoken. Good and bad things happen to us on a daily basis, but it’s not so much what happens to us that impacts us. It is how we view and perceive what happens that affects us physically, emotionally and spiritually. When something bad happens, it’s easy to go down the road that leads to feeling like a victim, angry, and resentful that we didn’t get what we wanted. But if you would place your effort into positioning yourself to see the silver lining, the lessons and all the positive that may come from that “bad” thing that happened, you will find your JOY everyday!
