Philosophy of Treatment

My approach to psychotherapy is humanistic, psychodynamic and relational. I view an individual or couple in the context of their gender socialization and cultural development. I provide an introspective, empathic focus, aimed at understanding, removing emotional blocks and moving toward ongoing growth.
